First day in a long time to get out fly fishing. Nice day (40F) and partly sunny. Water was high with rain and snow melt early in the week, with 12 inches visibility and water temp 38-39F. There were only 2 other fly fishers on the stream. Some new trees down, some holes carved out bigger and lots of deep runs from recent flooding. The 2 rainbows were ca. 13 inches, bright colors and tough to bring in with the heavy flow of water.
