Comments: Water was low and very clear. Fishing the deeper holes, I caught six rainbows on a pink barbless eggstacy egg pattern. The beadhead on this fly got it to the bottom quickly and the trout went for it for the first half hour or so, then they quit hitting. The bright sun did not help. There were a lot of suckers in the downstream pools. I also got three of them, but for the most part, they were not interested.
