Rising water and becoming stained as the day progressed. Had my best luck with a blue squirmy worm and a size 14 caddis imitation. Switched up and started using a size 8 purple and yellow streamer to land the last 3, and biggest, fish of the trip. Did come across an individual fishing with spinning gear and keeping fish and trying to hide them. I let him know of the hard work and effort put into this stream as well as the preferred catch and release concept. He seemed rather agitated and aggressive about it so I went about my day, hopefully I made a difference or change of heart. Overall great day on the water, thankful for such a great fishery!
