Went up and fished steelhead from steelhead alley in the morning. Was able to go 2/2. I followed that up by stopping out at Apple creek. Landed a monster rainbow along with 2 more rainbows that were a little smaller (still big fish!) only came across one other angler.
Water on Apple Creek was low and clear. I will wait for more rainfall before making another trip out there.
Also ran into one of the gentlemen that takes care of the fishery and stocks. Thank you guys for giving us Ohioans some great angling opportunities!
