Levels after the rain were not as good as expected. It was up a little with a touch of color. 3 fly anglers on my way in after a doctor's appointment and didn't see anyone hooked up with trout. I went way outside of the park system and landed 15 trout on various flies and presentations from dries, nymphs, streamers within 2 hours of fishing. Trout in the obvious holes were hyper sensitive/ refused everything and bolted from fly line over the water before it landed. Best one of the day took a handtied streamer and fell just short of 23". I'll find a way to submit the photo I'm used to just being able to send them to Skip through Facebook... He was a mountain of a man and will be sorely missed.
