Started fishing at 4:00pm this afternoon. The creek was crystal clear and cold, but it was a pleasant evening to be on the water. I fished the same hole until I left at 5:30. From 4:00-4:45 I tried several different nymph and egg patterns with a few follows but no strikes. At 5:00pm the fishing gods flipped the switch and I managed to catch three nice rainbows and a palomino (see gallery) on a pink egg pattern with silver bead head. Handled all fish with care and sent them back to be caught by the next lucky angler. Happy fishing!
