Comments: Very clear water conditions water temperature was 54° caught and released 4 rainbow trout, one of which was bright red at the gills and stripe. I was throwing a tandem rig with Pat’s rubber legs at the point and a tan Caddis nymph at the tag. Trout were mainly in deep holes. I did see a suspicious man and woman with out of state plates that looked like they may have been leaving with a fish. It all happened quickly and I could not get a license number.
