Me and my buddy fly fished Apple Creek on the afternoon of 11/21/18, and did very well. We caught 4 rainbow trout each, 8 total. Flows were around normal pool and conducive to good fishing. We used streamers such as Krystal Buggers and Egg Sucking Leaches the entire time. Our largest fish was around 21”, and at least one I caught appeared to be wild. As always, all fish were released quickly and painlessly. Big S/O to CFRTU for all they do to make Apple Creek such a quality fishery.
