As has been the case for much of the recent months, the water was low and clear. The fish were very wary and easily spooked, but I managed to catch one at an undercut bank on a barbless jig and twister tail. Sadly, I saw at least two dead trout. I hope there will be a second stocking. I spoke to several other fisherman, some who came from quite a distance.
