I fished from 7:30 AM until about 11:30 AM. The creek was very busy. I saw at least 6 other anglers. Most of them were spin fishing, but I saw 2 others fly fishing.

The water was 40 degrees (F) and relatively low and clear.

I caught all of mine on copper johns (red and pink), sizes 14 and 16. I used my tenkara rod for the first catch and then switched to my western fly rod after snapping my tenkara rod (still trying to get the hang of fighting larger fish on my tenkara rod!)

All fish were quickly netted and safely released, thanks to my barbless hooks.
