Caught and released 1 rainbow trout. I was using a sz 20 red copper john with 6x tippet and BB split shot on my keiryu rod (without a strike indicator).

Water was cold, low, slow, and crystal clear.

I saw 5 other spin fishermen and 1 other fly angler.

I was very disappointed that the water was still so low after all the rain we've had - it makes the fishing very difficult. Oh well! At least I didn't get skunked like the last time I was here.
