It is said, do not catch a fish on your first cast. Well I did and that was it for the next hour and a half. Better than being skunked! We got half an inch of rain on the watershed yesterday; it brought up the water level and muddied up the water as well. Less than a foot of visibility. That is likely my last trout of 2023.
