Comments: The lower Clear Fork through Mohican State Forest was blown out. Presumably, water was being released from Pleasant Hill Lake into the lower sections of the river. Water levels were roughly two feet higher than last week making the river largely unsafe to wade. Keep an eye on the USGS data before making any significant travel to fish the lower section. The upper section was slightly stained but much more accessible. Swinging Peacock & Partridge (size 16) and emergent BWO (size 18) yielded a few takes, but these fish never saw the net. One 11" brown was landed on a Catskill Hendrickson (size 20) during an evening hatch.
