Water in the river is low 35cfs and a bit murky, kind of a light tan with max 2-ft visibility. Still plenty of water in the deep runs and holes. Air temp was 59F at 6 a.m and 83F by noon. Action was slow. Small nymph patterns were best, midges, pheasant tail nymph, aurora nymph. All browns in the 9-11 inch range.
