Comments: Fished the lower river afterwork. The upper was too warm. So was the lower.
I was swinging gray and white triple threat minnow through deeper holes. I caught 2 tough smallies, and lost one, then I caught a 13 inch walleye, or sauger, then I caught 2 scrappy rock bass. The walleye tore up the fly and fought hard I thought he was a northern when I saw the teeth. So I switched to green white color for the rock bass. Great night to be out wet wading was fun. Sorry I missed the last of the rainbows with the low hot water.
