Comments: We started at 7 a.m. with clear skies with water low, clear and 60F. We fished 3 stretches we have had great success in the past. Steve caught both browns in the same deep pool, a 12-incher on an Aurora nymph and a 10-incher on a Purple Prince. When we quit at noon water temp was 66F. We both caught 20 or more creek chubs apiece. Lots of small crayfish scooting about and a couple heavy midge hatches plus small noctuid moths flying among stream side vegetation. We saw no other anglers on the stream.
