Comments: Fished the lower Clear Fork at sunrise. Water temp was 68°f. Low flow and stage, with very clear visibility to the river bottom. Fished a chartreuse popper and caught 4 Smallies. With summer weather bringing lots of folks hiking and camping I was very disturbed with all the trash I had to clean up. It’s damn disrespectful to litter the river banks when there are so many dumpsters available. Come on people place your trash where it belongs.
