Fished upper Clear Fork and caught 2 small browns. Moved to Lower Clear Fork to target stocked rainbows. Caught 3 rainbows over 5 hours of fishing, and it was pretty cold the whole time. Moved around the river quite a bit trying to find fish. All the way from the spillway down past the camping areas and onto the trail.
Water color and level didn't seem different than previous times I've been.
