With the weather that hit east of Cleveland I defaulted to the Rocky. The water flow was perfect, but it was muddy. I found out that some construction up river was affecting water color. It was 17 degrees and the fishing was really slow for everyone. We did not get anything and only saw what I think was a small steelhead or stocked rainbow caught. Everyone was moving a lot trying to find fish.
